Sales Agents – Cash and Carry Subsidy Programme
Join PRC in implementing the Biomass Carbon Credit Programme, promoting clean cookstoves adoption among farmer groups, cooperatives, and VSLA networks across Ghana. Help reduce household air pollution, curb deforestation, and improve community health and livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mobilize eligible farmer groups, cooperatives, and VSLA networks
- Sensitize communities on clean cookstove models, benefits, and payment procedures
- Execute stove sales under approved Cash and Carry system
- Register each sale with complete documentation
- Digitize sales records using Mergdata
- Submit monthly sales and documentation reports
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, community mobilization, or rural marketing
- Ability to communicate in English and at least one local language
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Reliable smartphone or tablet for data entry
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and community-oriented
- Willingness to travel within assigned operational area
